The health of our families, friends, employees, and customers is paramount to us at Sam’s. We are doing everything we can to keep serving our community during this time. Please see below for answers to the most frequent questions we have been receiving about our current operations:

We would like to take a moment to address the rapidly evolving COVID-19 (Coronavirus) crisis and inform you of our steps to protect our customers and employees. For the safety and health of our staff, guests, and communities, we are taking serious measures to increase our cleaning standards and procedures within our stores. We are continuing to monitor the situation on an hourly basis.  We will continue to maintain our current standards of cleanliness per the Philadelphia Department of Health code and further enhance our standards to include hourly cleanings of high traffic customer areas. Sam’s is also closely monitoring the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control, Philadelphia Department of Health, local organizations, and the World Health Organization (WHO) regarding the virus and will take the appropriate actions based on their guidance. We will remain open as long as we can to provide a welcome respite during this unprecedented and challenging time.

Is Sam’s Italian Market still open?  Yes, we are still open and ready to serve you. 

What are your current hours? Monday-Saturday 8:30 AM -5:00 PM  and Sunday 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Is the store still stocked? The store is stocked.  We are doing our best to keep it stocked for our customers and are replenishing our shelves as quickly as we can.  We are working with our suppliers and manufacturers to make sure we receive essential items to meet your needs during this time.  

Do you require customers wear a mask when shopping? Yes, all customers must wear a mask upon entering the store. 

Do you have eggs? Yes, we have eggs on special currently at $1.99 a dozen for XL.

Do you have yeast? Yes, we have fresh yeast or Cake yeast. No dry yeast at this time.

Do you have flour? Yes, we have flour.

Do you have toilet paper and towel paper? Yes, we have both.

Do you have soap, sanitizer and Clorox wipes? At this time we do not have these items. We do carry bleach by the gallon.

Do you offer delivery? We do not offer delivery at this time.  

Do you offer curbside pick-up? We are not currently offering curbside pick-up.
